Submission Guidelines

All art must be original and have Christian themes. Accepted art mediums may include but are not limited to: ceramics, fabric art, iconography, mosaics, music, paintings, photography, sculptures, sketches, stained glass, vestments, or wood carvings.
Only art which meets the vision of evangelizing through beautiful sacred art will be accepted. We may also choose to limit the number of art displays with the same medium or style. While artists outside the state of Wisconsin will be considered, local artists will be given greater consideration.
We will not be accepting any poetry or prose, craft items or third-party vendors for this event.
To submit your work for consideration, please send us a short description of your art, including an explain of your choice of medium or technique as well as how your work was inspired by the Christian faith.
For display pieces, send us a photo of your work along with its title and dimensions. Artists may submit no more than 20 pieces for consideration. If you have more than 20 pieces that you’d like submit, please let us know. If space becomes available, we may be open to accepting more submissions in the future. We will contact you if we are interested in seeing more.
Musicians or singers should send a link to a website or folder where music samples can be accessed (musician websites, youtube channels and google drive folders are acceptable). Please include either the number of songs you are comfortable playing/singing or the set length you are comfortable performing. If you are selected, we will work with you to determine how long your set will be.
All submissions should be sent to Christianpopupgallery@gmail.com

Cost |
Because this event is meant to support local Christian artists, there is no cost to submit work for our review. We may ask artists to supply their own easels or other display props. Selected musicians are required to bring their own equipment.
Marketing and Sales |
Accepted artists will be listed on the event website with a short description of their work. We are also happy to link the page directly to artist social media accounts.
Artists may sell their pieces and promote their social media accounts at the Pop-Up Gallery & Concert, but we ask that all art pieces remain on display until the end of the event.
Accepted musicians will be scheduled for a time slot on stage and provided with a table where they can sell merchandise.
All sales must be conducted by the artists or their contractors. We will not facilitate sales or handle money.
